Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All sale items and charity items (Fashion Girls for Japan) are final and no returns will be accepted. No underwear or swimwear can be returned. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal label. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/ exchange may result in a fee. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. VPL does not assume return shipping costs. Package that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

How do I make a return or exchange?
When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. Please send your package to the address below. We suggest selecting an insured shipping method. This will provide you resources should something happen to your package in transit. VPL cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

When will my credit card refunded?
Once your package has been received at VPL, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to you account once they have received the information from VPL.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CT will begin processing on the following Monday. VPL will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the merchandize you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

Orders placed before 12PM will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same day.

Customs Information Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; VPL has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from VPL, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Privacy upon International Shipments
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject of opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addi- tion, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.



Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

As a special service for our customers, we offer merchandise for sale that habe not arrived yet at our warehouse. These items are marked as pre-orders and ship when the goods arrive at VPL. You can order these items to reserve your size, and we will ship them to you as soon as they are available. The expected ship date for pre-ordered merchandise is noted on the product page. We do our best to keep up with these dates; However, please be aware that we may experience delays. If your orders contains both in-stock items and pre-order and you select express shipping, we are only able to apply the expedited shipping to the in-stock items.

VPL will gift box your order providing you ask for this option in comment section at the time of purchase. Our gift box service includes a finished structured gift box and the item(s) wrapped in tissue inside the box. You can include a gift message if you desire. The gift card will be included with the gift box. The recipient will receive a blank invoice with the return/exchange form. Footwear can not be gift boxed.
